Graphic Novels at HMCPL

A guide to help navigate our extensive graphic novel collection, broken down my genre and format.

Horror

Hellboy, art by Mike Mignola from Hellboy: Strange Places, part 3 (Dark Horse Publishing, 2006)

Spotlight titles in our collection which are meant to frighten, unsettle and terrify readers by depicting stories of terror and the macbre. Closely related with fantasy at times, these stories can be based in the commonplace or the surreal or outlandish. One of the most well recognized and infamous comics of all time is of the horror genre, Tales from the Crypt!

Scrolling down on the left-hand side will show complete runs of multi-volume series for binge reading

♦ Each Letter has tabs for both "Modern" (post 2000), "Vintage" (pre-2000), & Manga when applicable♦
